Check your band

  1. Free check

    Enter a postcode. Your band is compared with similar homes nearby and the evidence gets a score.

  2. £39 evidence pack

    If the evidence supports a challenge: the email to send to the Valuation Office with the comparable homes written in, the VO 7455 form part-filled and a case report with a map.

  3. You send it

    The submission and signature are yours. Only the Valuation Office decides the outcome: a lower band isn't guaranteed, and a review can rarely raise it.
